More details and a list of the top 10 finishers can be found on the Press of Atlantic City site, which reported:

Noteworthy sightings included a sandhill crane in Wantage Township, Sussex County, a black-necked stilt in the South Cape May Meadows in Cape May County, and a western sandpiper in the Heislerville section Maurice River Township, Cumberland County.

Interestingly, the highest 24 hour total ever recorded in the ABA area is 260 by a team in Texas. An account of this record breaking day can be found here.

The official world record for the highest number of birds seen in 24 hours is 342 recorded by Terry Stevenson, Andy Roberts and John Fanshawe in Kenya. A team of South Africans tried to break this record in 2002 by chartering helicopters and planes to jet around, but poor weather scuppered their chances.
